According to the monitoring of SunSirs, as of April 18, the domestic price of BR was 14,420 RMB/ton, down 1.17% from the price of 14,590 RMB/ton on last Monday.
Analysis review
This week, the ex-factory price of BR of domestic enterprises was lowered. According to the monitoring of SunSirs, as of April 18, the price of BR of Sinopec North China Sales Company was 14,300 RMB/ton. The price of raw material butadiene fell, the demand side was weak, and the price of cis-butadiene fell slightly.
This week (4.11-4.18), the domestic BR plant started relatively low. Haopu, Lande, Jinzhou and other BR plants stopped, and the pressure on the supply side was not large.
This week (4.11-4.18) the price of butadiene dropped from a high level, and the cost side weakened. According to the monitoring of SunSirs, as of April 18, the price of butadiene was 9,791 RMB/ton, down 10.42% from the price of 10,930 RMB/ton on last Monday.
This week (4.11-4.18), the natural rubber market rose slightly. According to the monitoring of SunSirs, as of April 18, the price of natural rubber was 12,910 RMB/ton, up 0.23% from the price of 12,880 RMB/ton on last Monday.
Market outlook
Analysts of SunSirs believe that the price of raw materials has fallen and the cost support has weakened, and the downstream construction has been limited and the demand is weak, but the pressure on the supply side is not large. It is expected that the price of BR will fluctuate and consolidate in the short term.
