2. High pressure water jet cleaning
The high-pressure water spray cleaning method refers to the use of 50mpa high-pressure water flow to spray and clean the dirt on the inner surface of the pipe. The limitation of this method is that the pipe to be cleaned must be a short-distance pipe, because the longer the distance, the smaller the spray intensity of the water flow. As a result, the desired cleaning effect will not be achieved, and the diameter of the pipe must be more than 50cm. If the diameter of the pipe is too small, the use of high-intensity water pressure will not achieve the cleaning effect.
3. Ultrasonic cleaning method
Ultrasonic cleaning, as the name implies, is to use ultrasonic waves to clean PE pipes. This method is also widely used now. The advantages are convenient and fast, more thorough cleaning, reduced environmental pollution, high degree of automation, and continuous work.
4. Pig cleaning
Pig cleaning mainly relies on the driving force generated by the pump to push the fluid to drive the pig, so as to push out the dirt in the pipeline to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
5.PIG pigging
PIG industrial pigging technology relies on the driving force generated by the pump to drive the fluid to drive the PIG (pipe pig) forward in the pipe, and discharge the dirt accumulated in the pipeline out of the pipe, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning. This technology is widely used in cleaning projects such as various process pipelines, oil field oil and steam pipelines, etc., especially for pipeline cleaning of long-distance fluid transportation, and has advantages that other technologies cannot replace.
