Selection of U PVC pipe
1) Select qualified pipes. The UPVC water supply pipes used in the construction must meet the national standards for rigid PVC water supply pipes, and must have product qualification certificates and quality inspection reports.
2) Consider pipeline burial conditions. According to more than ten years of construction experience, the covering thickness of UPVC pipes above de63 should be at least 0.7m, and the covering thickness of UPVC pipes below de63 can be appropriately reduced, but it should not be less than 0.5m. below the freezing line. The pipe should not be in contact with hard substances. The bottom of the UPVC pipe, within 30cm above it, and the chest cavity should be filled with loam or sand, especially the chest cavity should be backfilled tightly, so that the pipe body will not be damaged when the pipe is subjected to external pressure. Therefore, when choosing U PVC pipes, the buried pipe conditions and soil conditions should be considered.
3) The problem of thermal expansion and contraction. The linear expansion coefficient of U PVC pipe is large, which is 60～80*10- 61 °C, while the linear expansion coefficient of carbon steel pipe is 11. 4*101 °C, and the linear expansion coefficient of cast iron pipe is 10. 5*101 ° C.
